A: We offer flexible payment solutions for our global customers. For new partnerships, the standard term is 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term customers with established cooperation, we are open to discussing more flexible payment arrangements to better support their business growth.

A: We are willing to make stock and we have enough warehouse space to store the products. Feel free to discuss with us in detail.

A: Normally, we can finish production in 35-40 days.

A: If it is not an OEM product, we can provide samples and send them to you by courier within 5-7 days. The courier freight will be collected.

A: Our standard MOQ is approximately 2,000 sets per design, with a minimum order value of around USD 2,000 per order. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the product type, customization requirements, packaging, and production process. We are also open to discussing flexible solutions for new projects and long-term partnerships.
